PAYMENT TERMS

Only Australian Dollars (AUD) are accepted. All prices are in AUD, exclusive of GST and are current at the time of purchase. 

MEMBERSHIP REFUNDS

Memberships are pre-paid upfront by customers for the duration of the membership (12 months). Please make sure you fully understand our memberships, and these terms and conditions, before you purchase a membership with us. Refunds are at our discretion and we abide by practices outlined by Consumer Affairs Victoria.

MEMBERSHIP PAYMENTS

We use MembershipWorks to manage our membership. When you sign up on our website, your information is added to our secure MembershipWorks database. You can access and update your payment information at any time through our Membership Portal. Memberships can be paid via credit card (Stripe) or EFT. For credit card payments, you can enable auto-renew. This means your annual subscription will be automatically deducted every 12 months until you cancel your membership. To cancel your auto-renewal, either do so through the Membership Portal, or contact us at hello@womensartregister.org. Towards the end of your 12-month membership, we’ll send you a reminder to rejoin for another year. 

MEMBERSHIP TYPES

We offer the following memberships: Individual, Concession, Student, Artist Group / Collective and Institution. You must hold a relevant Concession or Student card to purchase a Concession or Student membership. An Institution is any registered / established organisation or corporation. An Artist Group / Collective is a group of artists working together towards shared goals. You do not need to be formally registered and can have an unlimited number of members. Please note that the Collective membership covers work and activities made and/or exhibited in the name of the collective. Those wishing to archive their individual work with the Women’s Art Register need to sign up as individual members.

RIGHT TO CHANGE OF BENEFITS

The Women's Art Register will make all reasonable efforts to not change member benefits. If we change these, we’re usually making these benefits better. However, we reserve the right to change member benefits if required. We’ll make sure we let you know before we apply these changes to your membership.

VOTING RIGHTS

All members that are current at the time of the Annual General Meeting of the Women’s Art Register have the right to vote in the election of the Management Committee and to nominate for a position on the Committee.

MARKETING

By purchasing a W.A.R. membership, you opt-in to receive marketing and update emails from W.A.R. You may unsubscribe at any time.

We respect our members’ privacy and deal with our members’ personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
